Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy*, which means you have 14 days* after receiving your item to request a return.
*Unless the product says otherwise, our standard return policy applies. For example, if a product in the description says '7-day return', you must request the return within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you details of where to send and who to address it to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it within 48 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item is eligible for return, you can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days* after receiving it.
Please note that as the buyer, it is your responsibility to cover any shipping cost if you wish to return an item based on “Change of Mind” returns regardless of any free, discounted or any shipping promotions that may have been used upon placing your order.
To be eligible for a return on a product with a “change of mind reasons”, the order must comply with the conditions below:

Please ensure you carefully check the mattress size before purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect size selection. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Special orders or Customized/Personalized items

Incomplete or only part of the whole product (All parts of the item must be together upon return)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once we have confirmed the condition of the item, we will issue you a store credit (change of mind returns) minus 15% restocking fee. (The store credit will not include the cost of the shipping)
*(Change of mind) as a reason does not qualify for a refund but will be converted to store credit of the same value.
